bought this piece and could not be happier. from the moment i pulled it out of the packaging i could tell it was a high quality piece. when i found out that the plate delete does not fit the SH model plate bump Subtle Solutions (and more specifically Brad) came to the rescue. He offered a backing plate for free to help resolve the issue, leaving me one highly satisfied customer.
I will gladly do business with Subtle Solutions in the future.
